TCNJ Alert: Power update: class cancelation, housing, dining, registration

The college has been able to diagnose the cause of the power outage affecting several campus buildings. Repairs are expected to extend through the night and will necessitate us to shut off power to additional buildings. Because of this, the college is cancelling Monday classes after 3:30 p.m. and all classes on Tuesday. Classes will resume Wednesday morning at 8:00 a.m. Administrative offices will remain open.

Susan Ryan

Department: Communication Studies

Dr. Ryan, Assistant Professor, received her Ph.D. from New York University in Cinema Studies. Her current teaching and research interests include documentary production, community media, Latin American film and video, and theories and criticism of film and television. In addition to teaching and writing, Dr. Ryan has also worked for more than a decade in film and television production producing programs that have aired on PBS, NBC, Turner Classic Movies, the Disney Channel, and the Lifetime cable channel. She recently completed work as a consulting producer on a documentary about the Teamsters for HBO. Her articles and papers have appeared in Cineaste, Persistence of Vision, Critical Arts, and Sightlines.
