The 2nd Annual Project Hand-in-Hand Performance will take place on Friday, March 22, 2013 at 8:00pm in the Rose Theatre at Lincoln Center, NY. The College of New Jersey Chorus, Japanese Choral Ensembles, and New York City Opera Orchestra will collaborate to perform Guiseppi Verdi’s “Requiem.” In addition, 80 high school students from the earthquake disaster-area in Japan have been invited to perform as well. The Project Hand-in-Hand Performance serves to support Japan’s long-term recovery efforts as well as a means to express gratitude for the support that has been received from around the world.
